Quarterly Newsletter

The Camden Park Homeowners Association produces a quarterly newsletter containing upcoming meeting information, frequently asked questions, community information such as pool season and clubhouse rentals and important numbers.

All exterior modifications to your property must be approved in advance by the Architectural Control Committee.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, you need to complete a home improvement request form for any exterior modification made to your home, including but not limited to driveway expansions, walkway additions, patio covers, storage sheds, replacing siding, painting of your home, replacing your fence, replacing your garage door and/or front door along with many other changes or improvements to your property.

The annual assessment is due on January 1 st with a thirty-day grace period. As long as you pay the dues in full by January 31 st there will be no late fees or interest assessed to your account if the assessment is received in office by or before January 31st.

The annual assessment pays for landscaping performed on the common areas, pest control at the clubhouse, mosquito fogging of the community, maintenance of the perimeter fence, tennis court maintenance, clubhouse maintenance, pool management/maintenance, park maintenance (two park areas), streetlights & lights at the common areas, water bill for landscaped and pool areas, camera security, and the management company monthly fees.

After you are issued the required number of notices advising you of your delinquency, your account will be sent to the Associations attorney, which will result in legal fees, and could result in a lien being placed against your home for failure to pay, up to the Association foreclosing upon your property for non-payment.

Board members are elected each year at the annual meeting.

Anyone can serve on the Board provided they are elected by the homeowners to serve. Board members must be a homeowner.

No, Board members are not paid, they are volunteers who serve their community.

No, you are not able to rent the clubhouse if you have not paid your dues in full. This includes homeowners on payment plans, you must have zero balance to rent the facility.

No, yard of the month is reserved for homeowners who have paid their dues. If you have an outstanding balance on your account, you are ineligible to win yard of the month.
