Camden Park HOA, Inc.

As a Management Company we are always looking for ways to assist our clients. We have been notified by homeowners about the fees charged for making payment(s) through TownSq and as such we have been able to secure the same services at a reduced cost. The Association banks with CIT Bank and they offer online banking features. To set up an account to make your online payment, you may log onto: https://propertypay.cit.com. Once you are on this page you can select “Sign Up” to make a one-time payment or you can select the link to get CIT’s mailing address to send your payment by mail, directly to the bank. When you select “Sign Up” you will be asked to accept the banks terms and conditions, then you will enter your First Name, Last Name, email address and phone number, then select “Next.”

You will then be asked to enter the following information:

Management ID – 3168
Association ID – 2030
Account Number (As Listed on the enclosed statement)

Once your property is registered, you will add a password and may proceed with making your online payment.

The associated cost through CIT is $1.95 for an e-check (ACH) and 2.95% of the total amount being processed when paying with credit card.

You are still able to make payments through TownSq. The cost charged by TownSq is $2.95 for an e-check or (ACH) payment and for credit card payments there is a $2.95 fee plus a charge of 3.5% of the total amount being paid with credit card.
